We are glad to announce that dCubic Space Contest Season 2 has started !!!

This time, we have invited Taiwan Startup Terrace and XYZprinting to host this GRAPHIC DESIGN Contest together !!!

We hope to encourage young people in both Taiwan and Thailand to share their creativity by creating 2D+3D visual artwork to connect Taiwan and Thailand. It is an incredibly exciting idea to add the 3D element with 3D pen on a 2D graphic design !!!

At the same time, to introduce Taiwan Startup Terrace, we are attempting to provide a future scope to young people who are trying to start up their own businesses, a platform to make a connection from Thailand to Taiwan and vice versa !!!

For this contest event, you may find the Thai elephant and Taiwan black bear, and also the landmark Taipei 101 building with Thailand map. Our concept is to connect Taiwan and Thailand in a creative fun way through this design contest !!!

Objective

  1. To provide opportunities for students and interested individuals who have talent, knowledge, ability and creativity in the field of graphic design. Show their skills and potential through the contest.
  2. To promote the image of dCubic Space to be more widely known. Co-working space is also available to reach the target audience. And can be used as a media to promote publicity in the future.
  3. To publicize the Taiwan Startup Terrace program, which is responsible by the National Association of Young People Entrepreneurs, Taiwan (N.A.Y.E) provide targeted access.
  4. To strengthen good relations between Thailand and Taiwan.

Application Procedure

  1. Download the application form at Download and send by e-mail : d.cubic.space@gmail.com
  2. Complete the online application form  Click Here!
  3. Required Documents
  • A copy of the applicant’s ID card or passport with signature

Note: The application form can be submitted along with the submission date.

 

Procedures and submission of entries.

  1. The artwork must be A3 (297 x 420 mm or 69 x 16.54 in.).
  2. Explain about the artwork, such as source or inspiration, briefly and name the work.
  3. Submit your artwork in .jpg and .ai format and send by e-mail : d.cubic.space@gmail.com
  4. The artwork should be applied by 3D pen creativity on top of your 2D graphic.
  5. The contestant must take photos 4 sides of the artwork with the use of 3D pens.
  6. Send the artwork in person at the company. Or by mail and record your artwork on a CD or DVD, or you can print it out.

Note: 1. Contestants can use the XYZprinting da Vinci 3D Pen at dCubic Space for free of charge.

       2. In the case of using a 3D pen in your artwork, please send by yourself at the company.

3. You can purchase 3D pen with a special price when join this contest.

 

Awards and Honors

  • The winner cash 10,000 baht with certificate
  • First runner up cash worth 6,000 baht with certificate
  • Second Runner up cash worth 3,000 baht with a certificate.
  • Special prize from XYZprinting: XYZprinting da Vinci 3D Pen with 2 awards
  • Most Like : Gift voucher for Shared Desk (15 tickets) 2 prizes

Note : Each contestant is eligible for a single prize.

 

Judging Criteria

  • Creativity Technical Outstanding: 30%
  • Meaning of the picture corresponds to the topic: 20%
  • dCubic Space Company: 25%
  • National Association of Young Entrepreneurs, Taiwan (N.A.Y.): 15%
  • XYZprinting Company: 10%
